This little gem took some work! Building on a sloping block is always a labour of love and we had steep falls in two directions to contend with here. We raised the post war cottage by one metre and built a large garage and workshop underneath. The original house was restored and retains the original floor boards and ornate cornices in all rooms. To the rear of the house, we built a 10m extension, pool and deck – all on a 405sqm lot!
